Description
The bricks around the stormwater basin/drain at the SE corner of 23rd and Clay are collapsing into a deep hole. This issue was previously reported in 2016 and the solution was to put an orange cone over the hole. With the recent rains, the hole has doubled in size and the cone is sinking into the hole. Please fix before someone injures themselves.
