Description
The street light in the alley between 515 and 513 South Pine Street near the west entrance of the parking lot in the middle of the block is not working. Because of this the alley is very dark, which likely contributed to the theft of a bike of ours yesterday evening right out of our back yard. Please fix this street light to make our neighborhood safer!
