Description

Dropped inlet is clogged. When it rains, all of the water collects at the NW corner of Monument Avenue (which is intersected by Meadow); I've tried to pull out the roots and other vegetation, but I can't get it pulled or cut out; I think it's heavily entrenched and will need some sort of boring equipment to remove the blockage (there is no concrete missing; but it was a required field in this report)
