Description

Caller states there is a hill behind her house and when it rained it put mud in her yard. She states this hill is on city property and she requests it be investigated. workers were out yesterday and advised would be back out first thing this morning but no workers have shown as of 11:26 am mudslide has caused a very bad sewage odor.
