Description
Storm Drain blocked at 4312 Grove Avenue. The Strom drain is located at the corner of 4312 Grove Avenue and Woodlawn Drive. Clean out needed so water can run down storm drain opening. Storm drain blocked so all water runs around to Hanover Avenue causing too much water for other street drains.
