    Assessment- Found: A. Riccio - Inlet top and surounding concrete deck broken and unstable. Immediate Action: Made area safe with cones, barrells, and caution tape. Resolution Response: L. Logan and H.Shepperson repaired and replaced the entire inlet top and face to include 10 lin. ft. of curb and gutter. Also an inner plastic trapcover was installed as there was no trap system leading to the sanitary trunck line.
