Description
My husband and I are completing significant rehab ( over $160,00 over work) at 1835 Thomas Street. The house next to our building (1833 Thomas Street) suffered a fire last year. The window and doors are boarded up but half the roof is missing leaving the house open and all the gutters are missing. As a result during heavy rains water flows straight thru the home, out thru the crumbling foundation, and into our yard. The puddling of water coming 1833 is causing a terrible mosquito problem. What can you do to address this issue?
