Description
Citizen called to office to report that they are in receipt of debris (dirt, sand, etc.) as a result of poor drainage. Water and debris are flowing down into the garage of their facility and he wants to make city aware of situation.

Therefore the request been received and dispatched to Field Supervisor for assessment. Please allow 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment.
- Staff · May 26, 2020Accessment was completed by Program Manager D. Rivers and Field Tech L.Lockett all grate pans with clear of debris also all inlet were free and clear. DPU StormWater are free and clear on any issuesat this location. If infer-structure is the cause the issue at the location it is not an DPU Stormwater issue. Therefore the request will be closed.
