Description
The lawn at Patrick Henry Park is in desperate mowing and dead fall pickup. It has only been mowed once since mid march. And it is currently more than midcalf high. And there are numerous small branch size limbs in several areas of the park. This is a disgrace to a historical Richmond/Churchill park. Frankly it's an eyesore and filthy. Please schedule regular mowing service as was provided in past years. Thank you, Nancy Cohoon, resident at 306 North 26th Street 23223
