Description
lighting around the Arthur Ashe monument is burnt out. Please repair the two spot lights. It is truly shameful the way this city abrogates their responsibility to maintain this monument. This whole intersection is an egregious failure in urban planning. PLEASE get your shit together or move south to be with your people.
