Description
Entire section of about about 40 light fixtures are out from start of lowline trail from 17th to 18th street are out for over 2 months now. It's DARK at night there. These are the 4 foot fixtures mounted on the roof barrier under the elevated tracks. RVA311 said they aren't responsible for it and that Parks and Rec is. Thank you
