- System · January 2, 2020Caller called because he noticed that his service request had been closed in reference to the tree that is still dropping large branches; States Davey Tree Service came out about two months ago to verify that the tree is dead and needs to be taken down but to date it hasn't. Caller is demanding to speak to the tree division....(an email was sent to the Administrative as an escalated call).
