- Staff · August 7, 2019ood morning, I received a call from Ms. Baker regarding a tree removal request she has been calling about for the last year. She is very concerned because it has already dropped large limbs that has caused thousands of dollars in damage and another large limb fell in the neighbor’s garden last night. The citizen states she was not far from the limb when it fell and is concerned more limbs will fall with the rain and possible incoming storms. She was advised the issue has been prioritized and she had requested a call back from Urban Forestry but never received a call. Can you reach out to the citizen and advise her of when the city will be able to come out and remove the tree?
