    L. Lewis spoke with Ms. Finnimore on several occasions to address questions and concerns with the roadside ditch and driveway culvert pipe. Storm water maintenance crew opened the culvert pipe twice that was clogged with mulch from the flower bed and completed ditch maintenance on 8-23-18. The driveway culvert pipe has been replaced. (20' of 15" oval corrugated metal pipe)
