    L. Lewis spoke with Mr. Showalter by phone on 8-24-2018 to discuss concerns with the driveway culvert pipe at his home. L. Lewis informed the citizen that the pipe was not collapsed and would be scheduledfor cleaning. Storm water maintenance crew used high pressure water to remove silt and debris from the pipe to obtain positive flow on 8-27-2018.
