- Staff · June 23, 2019The Reedy Creek at this particular point is regularly cleared by the storm water maintenance crew at yearly intervals. The creek bed, at it's clearest will overcharge briefly during a heavy rain event causing water to crest above the creek banks temporarily. Basement flooding may be a sump pump or basement drain issue depending on where the basement drain is tied into. The Reedy Creek has been cleared and all storm water assets are operating correctly.
